Grand Boulevard AI Consulting is a trade name used by JL Ricks & Associates LLC. In this notice, “Grand Boulevard,” “we,” and “us” refer to JL Ricks & Associates LLC.

When you submit the consultation form, we receive and store the information you enter—your name, business email, company, business type, approximate company size, what you would like to improve, and any additional details—solely to evaluate and respond to your request. We do not send marketing emails and do not add you to a mailing list. Please do not enter confidential, private, regulated, or sensitive information.

If you book a consultation, the scheduling is handled by our third-party scheduling provider, which receives the information you enter there under its own privacy terms.

If you contact us directly by email, phone, or mail, we receive the information you choose to provide and use it to respond, communicate about your inquiry, and manage our business relationship.

Like most websites, the hosting and content-delivery services used to make this site available may automatically process technical information such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs. This information may be used to deliver the site, maintain reliability, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot problems.

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Google may receive ordinary request information, including an IP address and browser information, when those files load. Google’s handling of that information is governed by its own privacy terms.

The site records limited interaction events inside the current browser session, such as consultation-button clicks and resource engagement. These events are not presently sent to Grand Boulevard or an external analytics provider. Grand Boulevard does not currently set cookies through this website and does not use website information for cross-site behavioral advertising.
