John drew on his experience translating business needs into technical requirements to plan, configure, troubleshoot, secure, connect, and operate a persistent Hermes Agent environment on Microsoft Azure.
The project brought together Linux cloud administration, private networking with Tailscale, cloud storage, persistent services, identity and permissions, monitoring, Telegram access, and cost-aware reliability planning. The point was not to invent the underlying software. It was to use modern AI tools to make a complex system useful and dependable.
